Policies
By choosing Lavish Studios you acknowledge that your Lavish service provider has explained in depth the service(s) you are receiving. You also understand that because everyone’s skin and bodies are unique any potential irritations to services can’t be predicted by Lavish Studios and shall not be held responsible in the event of a flare up of any kind after services. At Lavish we do our best by utilizing our professional training to guide you in your choices of skin and beauty care. With some services there is after service care, any results from not following after care instructions by Lavish Studios is responsibility of client.
File Info
As of January 2021 we will be asking to keep a credit card on file upon booking services. Your information is kept secure in our database if needed for future use. Also as of January 2021 we will be implementing a cancellation / no show policy. As we have grown we are happy to have an abundance of appointment requests and to ensure we book accurately and fairly to not only clients, but to staff. When we book a service we block out that time specifically for that allotted service time / dedicated to you, we understand things happen; however by having a last minute cancellation or a no show it affects our ability to fill that specific time.
Cancellations
The credit card on file will be utilized in the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to services or in the event of a no show. Late notice cancellation and no show fees will be in the amount of half your service totals as this is the industry standard. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and may be required to pay a fee (to be determined depending on circumstances.) When you are late to an appointment it may affect service quality in addition to other clients booked after you. Any cancellation/ no show / late transactions will be respectfully communicated prior; however are non negotiable. Some services do require a deposit or a deposit may be required for holiday / special bookings; these charges (if any) will be communicated upon booking. Any deposits will go towards your total cost upon your service day.
Illness
If you are sick or even feel a cold coming on; please reschedule. Your health as well as mine is important and I want us both healthy & comfortable during services. Thank you.
